Adam Parr is a barrister, entrepreneur and former Chairman and CEO of the Williams Formula One team. He has spoken about the lessons Formula One offers for startups and success, drawing on a career spanning motorsport, venture capital and climate innovation.

He has co-founded and led numerous businesses, including Quantum Black (acquired by McKinsey) and Oxford Semantic Technologies (acquired by Samsung). As a DPhil candidate and Business Fellow at the University of Oxford's Smith School, he is dedicated to advancing innovation in climate change through ventures such as the Downforce Trust.
