Dr Holly Reeve is co-founder and CEO of HydRegen, an Oxford University spinout developing enzyme-based processes that replace precious metal catalysts in chemical manufacturing, helping to decarbonise the sector. She holds a DPhil in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

She is a recipient of the Royal Society of Chemistry's Emerging Technologies Competition and has been recognised as a leading figure in UK deep tech entrepreneurship.
