Mairi Gibbs is CEO of Oxford University Innovation (OUI), the university's technology transfer office, with over 20 years of experience in technology transfer and innovation.

She holds a PhD in Chemistry and is an expert in spin-out formation, licensing and managing intellectual property, helping translate Oxford research into new companies and products.
