Riham Satti is co-founder and CEO of MeVitae, an Oxford University spinout using neuroscience and responsible AI to remove unconscious bias from hiring and workforce decisions. She holds a DPhil in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.

She has been recognised as one of the UK's leading figures in responsible AI and diversity tech, and speaks widely on how science and data can be combined to make hiring processes fairer.
