Lily Elsner is CEO and Co-Founder of Jack Fertility, the UK's first postal sperm testing service. She has spoken about the hurdles faced by female founders and the case for more integrated, gender-inclusive ecosystems in Oxford.

With a background in Biological Sciences and Philosophy from Wellesley College, her career began in global M&A before she moved to the UK for an MBA at the University of Oxford.
